Mid-morning: Pineapple soft drink. Boil the pineapple peel for 20 minutes, let it stand, then strain and serve. The soda will help you remove retained fluids.

Lunch:  A handful of brown rice plus mixed salad and two slices of pineapple.

Brown rice contains a lot of fiber, which is necessary for proper digestion and gives you a feeling of fullness. It also contains a low glycemic index.

Snack: Five units of pecans or almonds.

It contains fiber and good fats.

Dinner:  A fish steak preferably steamed with caigua salad and two slices of pineapple.

It is better to avoid red meat as these come from industrial farms where animals are fed with corn for rapid fattening. That’s why that meat has high saturated fats.

Caigua because of its high fiber content acts as a sponge that traps fat.

  • Day 2:

Breakfast:  Two slices of pineapple and a whole wheat bread with avocado.

100 grams of avocado, provides 30% of the nutritional requirements of minerals, fiber, and vitamins. And because it is rich in fiber, it helps digestion.

Mid-morning:  Pineapple soft drink

Lunch:  Caigua, lettuce and tomato salad (optional apple cider vinegar) with a can of tuna.

Snack:  Pineapple soda with five pecans.

Dinner:  Vegetable cream (preferably asparagus) and a hardboiled egg. The egg contains lecithin which helps emulsify fat.

  • Day 3:

Breakfast:  Two slices of pineapple and a toast with avocado.

Mid-morning:  Pineapple soft drink.

Lunch:  Brown rice (or quinoa) with pickled cucumber and red pepper salad.

The pickle moisturizes and contains no sugar. The pepper contains ” capsaicin, ” which increases body temperature and burns calories.

Snack:  Pineapple soda with five pecans.

Dinner:  A grilled chicken fillet accompanied by caigua and onion salad plus two slices of pineapple.

Additional Recommendations:

Use extra virgin olive oil with salads. Canned tuna should be in water and salt. Do not consume canned tuna in oil because this is usually refined oil and can contain the terrible  trans fats. Do not drink excess water as that could lead to severe demineralization. Hydrate normal.


With this diet you can lose up to 5 kilos in 3 days, but remember not to prolong it more than that because it is a restrictive diet and you would fall into the terrible rebound effect.
